Chair massage relieves the aches. Ergonomics helps stop them from coming back. In Ergo 101, a CEAS-certified ergonomics specialist teaches your team how to set up their chair, desk, keyboard, and screen for comfort and fewer aches, at the office or at home.

How much does corporate chair massage cost in San Diego?
Two Hands charges $165 per hour per therapist, with a 2-hour minimum ($330). With 15-minute sessions, one therapist sees about 4 employees per hour, which works out to about $41 per person.
How many employees can get a chair massage in 2 hours?
One therapist can see about 8 employees in 2 hours with 15-minute sessions, or about 12 with 10-minute sessions. For larger teams, we add more therapists.
Do employees need to change clothes?
No. Chair massage is done fully clothed with no oils. Chair yoga also works in regular work clothes.
What is chair yoga?
Chair yoga is a gentle yoga class done seated or standing next to a chair. It works for all fitness levels and needs no mat or change of clothes, so it fits easily into a workday.
What happens during a sound healing session?
Guests sit or lie down and relax while a practitioner plays singing bowls and other instruments. The sound and vibration help the room slow down. No experience is needed, and up to 20 guests can join.
What is office ergonomics training?
Office ergonomics training teaches employees how to set up their chair, desk, keyboard, and screen to work comfortably and help prevent aches and strain. Our Ergo 101 workshop is live and virtual, led by a CEAS-certified ergonomics specialist, with Q&A for your team's own setups.
